REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES AND VOTERS

General Eligibility Criteria for National office Candidates

  1. Integrity, adminstraive skills, and experience
  2. Payment of National Subscription and Branch Dues for 3 consecutive years
  3. Payment of Conference fees for the election year
  4. Nomination and sponsorship by 2 financial members (CCIHTMA or FCIHTMA)
  5. Attendance at National Conferences (at least 2 in the last 3 years)
  6. Contribution to Institute’s activities
  7. Measurable milestones for current branch or national officers

Eligibility to Vote

  1.  CIHTMA members can vote if they have paid national subscription fees and branch dues
  2.   FCIHTMA and CCIHTMA members can vote and be voted for if eligible and up-to-date with payments
  3.  Affiliate and student members cannot vote or be voted for
